PRODUCT WARRANTY, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

One year limited warranty on all products.    Replacements will be allowed only if the product is defective or damaged due to manufacturers error.   Returns and exchanges will be accepted and refunds are 90% of the product cost only.       Shipping is UPS ground unless specified and can take from 2 to 3 weeks based on availability and how far you are from CA.   International orders may take longer.      

UPS, Domestic shipping is $10.    USPS, International shipping is $35.

If you want special shipping all rates are UPS, next day air, second day air, or third day air.
